Shipping + Returns


 

What are your shipping options?

 

All orders ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate service.. We will ship your order in the most economical way possible. Most orders fit in one USPS Flat Rate medium size box. Most order reach their destination within 2 or 3 days of fulfillment.

 

How do I track my order?

 

Tracking number emails are generated when the order is picked up by USPS.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Products that have been tried on for size can be returned or exchanged for another size within 14 days of the date of shipment of the order. Returns and exchanges must be un-worn, and include all of the the packaging. Please contact us for an RNA and instructions for returning. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Wholesale orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

Defective Returns

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discression, within 14 days from the date of purchase. If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose a 10% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item returned. No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days.

Returns and size exchanges are happily accepted for unused products with the original tags and packaging with 14 days of shipment. Contact us at: cobblehillequine@gmail.com for return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, and we approve your return we will credit your original method of payment or exchange for a different size within 2 days.
